Good books with adult female MCs that are NOT romance or a detective story - do they exist???

Just realized I have probably never read a book where: - the main character was a woman (not a young girl/teen) - the woman wasn't part of a romance subplot, and - the story wasn't a detective story. Are there any good books like this? Would really love to read one!
