UPDATE

We brought her to the vet and they said that it was a abscess that was infected and her sister was trying to clean it and help her. He said that it looks like it’s healing good and we have to give her antibiotics she is eating and having normal bowel movements in two weeks if it doesn’t look like there’s any healing, we may have to do some surgeries
