Flying back to my home country

Hi, everyone . I plan to flight back to Vietnam for my summer vacation. Currently, I have residence permit of Czech Republic and usually i will fly directly from Czech. But this time, I want to fly from German cause the tickets way cheaper , I wonder if my visa is allowed to leave from another country ?
