recommend cheap tablets under 10k please!

hi! basically the title. pls recommend a tablet that's good and isn't too laggy sana. i was supposed to go w the same model as my cousin's (samsung galaxy a w s pen) but wala na pala 'yong stock. under 10k lang please! i have the tendency to break or lose my items kasi agad huhuhu

context: taking up a pre-med course for college! for notes sana :) i don't play games on non-pc gadgets either (aside from the occasional roblox)
