Smarter, not harder-PowerBuilding Lite

Finished week 3 of 6 of PowerBuilding Lite this morning. Really liking this program! I appreciate that it’s hard, progresses each week and it’s manageable. BUT, It doesn’t destroy me every workout. In fact, I’m finding myself looking forward to coming back to the each next workout. For me that counts as a huge gain. Based on my available equipment I’ve substituted a few lifts for others, but don’t feel like I’ve lost anything in the process. At 45-60 minutes per workout 4x per week this fits very nicely with my available workout time. Would recommend to anyone wanting a solid strength and hypertrophy program , especially if you’re short on time. Any others using PowerBuilding Lite? How’s it working for you?
