StrengthLog for Dummies?
Somewhere in the past couple years of using the StrengthLog app, I feel like I saw either articles or videos that were sort of How To lessons for features within the app. Can you direct me to where I might find those? I’m asking because I often think I’m under utilizing what is a very powerful app. I’m not looking for any specific lesson, just a way to expand and optimize my use of the app. Additionally to the SL community, are there tips, tricks and features you can share? Thanks!
