First time ever cooking a steak. Howd i do?
Pan seared and went for medium rare, dry brined 1.5hr with salt and montreal and then peppered after. What can i do to improve? I chose a sirloin petite as it was on sale for only 3.99/lb. Yes im using a paper plate and no i dont care. It was a $3 steak
