Helping heating up tri-tip

Hello friends, I cooked a tri tip last night that is still fully intact and has not been cut. I want to heat it up tonight to serve but I don’t want to over cook it, it’s sitting at a medium rare right now. It’s about 1.5 pounds, what would be the best way to ensure that it gets warm all the way though?
