Palitoys

So im curious to see how the star wars collectors community sees palitoys. Are they as collectable as the American kenner. I do know what palitoys is they are like the sister company to kenner made in Japan sold in Canada. Would you buy a rotj luke moc if it was gem mint. Wpuld you hold palitoy in as high regard as kenner? I might buy sine palitoys i just want to know what people think.
