EXCHANGE GAMEPACK

I had a game package with access to the game, but I refunded it and used the credit to upgrade the Dragonfly I got from a referral. However, by doing this, I lost access to the game and now I can't request an exchange for the upgrade I made. Is there a way to fix this? Can I open a ticket for this?
