I can't sell hadanite at any station or mining outpost or a station

So I've tried 4 times in 3 locations, and I can't find any way to sell the hadnite I mined with a ROC. I've tried selling at

• ArcCorp Mining Area 048
• Shubin Mining Facility SAL-5
• Baijini Point

When I add it in the local inventory, it doesn't show up when I try to sell. But it does show up when I go to the station or outpost inventory. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, if it is bugged, or maybe I'm at a wrong location. Am I selling them at the wrong locations?

I used the trading tool site but IDK if it is dated, bugged, or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

How I went about it is I basically moved the stuff from a ROC to 2SCU box. Filled up the box. Moved the box to the cargo elevator. Lower the thing, and take it out. Make sure it is out of the box and it is. And then go to the trading terminal for the location, and selecting the local area. I'm not seeing anything.
