Comm-Array, bug or feature?

Hello, i've just tried to desactive the Yela comm-array with my Tigerclaw card but the "interact" button won't show. The comm-array is active cause i have the lil icone on top right corner. I've tried with 3 different Tigerclaw but still don't work...

You guys know why?
