Accommodation for depression?

Long story short my sm wants me to get a medical accommodation. It was busy when she said something to me over the headset and asked if I heard it, so I said yeah and that was it. Apparently the way I said yeah was extremely disrespectful and my sm didn’t think she deserved to be treated that way (I promise you I didn’t realize I said it a certain way). So we had a long convo where she brought up a convo we had during my pdc about feeling burnout and possibly affecting my depression, I’m on heavy meds for it. Well I guess the previous day she had talked to the dm about that specific convo and they agreed I needed a medical accommodation for it (for what, I’m still unsure). So the day the sm talked to me (which was a day after she and the dm had spoke about it without my knowledge) she said I should really consider getting one so I don’t get held accountable. As much as I asked, no more specific details were given to me about what kind of accommodation I should get, what I could be held accountable for, etc. I’m a shift and I work 5 days a week, close to 40 hours every week. What kind of accommodation would I get for depression?
