Game Crashes After Patch

I’m on a Series X right now and my saves look fine but when I tried to load anything the game crashes after being on the loading screen for around 4 seconds. I’ve tried restarting my console.

I wonder if it’s because I am currently around the fabled defend Zalissya mission. I have tried loading pretty far back however and still experience crashes.

Any ideas or solutions?
