Hot on the trail bug - no inductor spawned (two ex-Monolith guys were saved earlier during the game)

Well, basically the title tells for itself.

The advice I found - reloading the game - does not help in my case.

I guess that's because it's kinda different bug.

As far as I see normally the game drives me to the Monolith island, than during "Hot on the trail" quest I got direction to some place, than I got distress call from Monolith guys attacked by the controller. And here, alongside with their quest - I got the inductor.

However, in my case I saved these two earlier (walked a bit through different locations, got the distress call, went through the quest). So no distress call now - and apparently no Inductor spawning?
