Help figure out the episode

There is a Mr. Krabs quote and I can’t find the episode or anything.

He says something along the lines of “I’ll believe it when I sees it” And I think I remember him also saying “I sees it but I don’t believe it”

I might just be making this up in my head but now it is driving me insane😂
