Help! Skin rashes on my baby

Hello everyone, I’m a new Sphynx parent, this is my baby Prismo (7months). As soon as I got him he had some diarrhea problems, checked with the vet and he’s negative to giardia and other gut related issues, we tried different foods and now it’s all good, but he started to get skin rashes. I don’t know what to do, could this also be food related? Thanks a lot for reading! 🫶🏻
