Why is my EcoFlow 160w solar panel only getting 45w in direct sunlight?

It is pointed directly towards the sun, cables connected perfectly (I did get aftermarket mx4 connection cables if that’s the problem) and still only receives a max of 70w in the summer. Is it the foldable panel that I have from EcoFlow or a problem with my river 2 max?

I understand solar panels never reach 100% efficiency but I’d expect damn near 100w for a nearly £500 panel.
