Need help immediately

Whatever i have to communicate through text, whatever thoughts i have, i end up typing something very confusing and make it sound like exactly how i dont want it to sound or i end up typing something i dont mean.

What should i do? How do i make sure everything i type doesn't create more confusion or more problems in an argument
