Milk snail keeps hibernating
I have a single milk snail who I’ve had close to 4 months and I have gone out of my way to ensure there enclosure is suited for them, I understand they require high humidity and my humidity/Temp gauge is always ready above 99% for humidity and an average of 71 degrees Fahrenheit at all times, if this temp is too high please let me know but I don’t believe that it is, I give them a near daily serving of rehydrated vegetables and bloodworms and they have a huge chunk of cuttlefish bone in there enclosure. I’m so confused on why they still continue to do this and any help would be appreciated (I am not home right now so I cannot take a picture of the enclosure but I can give detes if asked for)
