Sunk cost fallacy made me by a Google Streamer.
I'm knee deep in the Google ecosystem, even though I much preferred the Apple products, Apple TV 4K in particular, I'm locked in here now wondering what I'm doing.
With Gemini on the way we all know that it is possible that Google will just pull the plug on Google Home/Nest anyway.
Cool I guess, I can control Google and Matter devices from another point in my home and Google TV is definitely faster than the Android junk that was on my TV by default but I honestly don't know what I am doing in this environment anymore.
I guess one answer here is that you don't have to say an assistant's name to speak to it. I can just press the microphone button which works anywhere because it's connected by HDMI/CEC.
Does anyone else feel lost though?
