Siri command

Hello, I have a Wayzn dog door. I would like to set a command for Siri to open the door with the app when asked. I would also like to set it up to open at specific times per day. I have tried to create a shortcut, however the Wayzn app is not an app that I can connect to a command. Anyone have any ideas?
