Best automation tools for small business owners?

I’m a small business owner in the tech space and I’m guessing that like most of you, it often seems that there aren’t enough hours in the day. Amirite?

As a result, automation has become something that I place a big premium on. If there’s something that might possibly save me minutes every day, I pretty much have a fiduciary duty to test it and consider it.It might sound excessive but having been through the ringer a few times myself, I would much rather be ruthlessly productive than haphazardly burnt out.Currently this is what we’re using at work. What am I missing?

All-things-data (Marketing, Inventory, Finances)

  • We have automated all our marketing & financial documents using LiveDocs.com. It’s super easy to integrate with other marketing tools (Analytics, Social media, Sales performance, et al).

All-in-one customer comms (Live chat, Knowledge Base, Helpdesk)

  • We’ve been through all the big guys (Intercom, Zendesk, etc). Currently, we’re using Helpcrunch. com. Similar features/premium feel to Intercom but cheaper.

Growth Marketing (User Referrals, Social media, Brand Evangelizing)

  • We do a lot of gamified campaigns using Upviral. com which has proved to be an effective viral loop for customer referrals, social engagement, and UGC
