Buying a Facebook Group

Hi all,

Is there a way to make buying a facebook group legit and legal? I have been in a conversation with a fb group owner, but feel at odds with the fact that it is against terms and conditions.

Could I keep him as an admin and essentially pay him to monetize in the way I would like? Any ideas?
