How stressed are you

For those of you who own and operate a small brick and mortar service based business, how stressed are you from 1 - 10?

I’ve been starting to pull the trigger on a dream business. It would be a children’s indoor playground. My wife and I and maybe two additional employees to start. We have two young kids and our biggest fear is the stress it will put on us and how it would effect our home life. Additionally it would be open probably 6 days a week and I imagine losing precious weekend family time.
