Am I going to struggle to pay my lifestyle?
You guys on this thread make me very scared sometimes lol. I’m a first year grad student, and going to be open about it, who will be around 65-70k in debt after grad school including undergrad. I’ve never had anyone help me for school because my family wasn’t able to help me financially. Is that a large debt amount that I am going to struggle to pay?
I saw someone say that they can barely afford their dues so that’s why they’re not going to the ASHA convention and it scared me into thinking that I won’t be able to afford a comfortable lifestyle while having to pay off my student loans.
Note, I am single and don’t plan on starting a family (as of right now), but have other financial responsibilities within my current family anyways. Does anyone have any opinions if they think it’ll be rough for me to pay those off? I know there are options to working on non profit places to have the debt wiped, but I’m very open to moving around the US to test out where I want to end up.
