Does everyone call Meeko a stupid dog?

Vilkas keeps calling Meeko a stupid dog and I'm like this - close to killing him over it.

If all spouses call him a stupid dog I'm just gonna take him to my workshop and have my steward watch over him but, if it's just Vilkas.....he might have to go.

Update: I returned home, and Vilkas stopped calling Meeko a stupid dog. Happy, I went outside to chop some firewood, only to come back inside and find the whole family hovering over Meeko, calling him a stupid dog. So I shouted unrelenting force at them and sent the kids to do chores. Lucia tried to protest, but I was having none of it. Vilkas was so stunned he had to sit down, and I have not heard a peep from any of them since.
