I’m taking two months off to ski next year - looking for tips on where/logistics!

I'm probably going to be between jobs from Dec-march next year and am lucky to have saved some money up. I want to get a sublease somewhere for two months probably Jan-Feb or Feb-march optimized to ski most days. I'm looking for tips on where to do this, what pass to get, and logistics, especially transportation - I don't own a car right now but open to leasing one?

My current thought is SLC with the ikon pass but unsure if Frisco in Colorado would be a better option (or if it's even really possible to get a sublease there, I'm sure it's in heavy demand). I'm also concerned about SLC from an Ikon standpoint because I know most of the resorts there are capped at 7 days and if I'm spending 2 months I'll blow past that

Regarding the car, is a lease my best bet or is there something else I can do?
