wont connect to xbox live

just reinstalled skate 3 on xbox series s and i tried to log in to my account. but it shows this when i try logging in. I have changed my gamer tag before and it still shows my old one so im not sure if that’s got anything to do with it but i did press download profile and the same error appears. I also searched up the error and this came up
