TSM3 to the TSM conversion?

Hello, i watched some tutorials on how to convert sims 3 custom content into the sims medival but all it left me was confused.

Also is there a mod for the sims medieval where i can chose two or more items at once in the makeup section ( like two lipsticks for example on a sim).
