My sims can’t get inside

Whenever my sims go visit another household (so far it happened with other played household I don’t visit other household ig) they, for some reason, can’t get inside the house. Has it ever happened to you ? I don’t know what to do. I don’t have the foggiest on what mod could even make the game behave this way.
