Newbie help

I just got a new Cameo 4 pro and I'm trying to set it up. But when I log in to the library and sign in, it says the maximum number of devices are already tied to this account. Then it says check my internet connection.

I only have the one machine, and my internet is at full bars.

I tried turning my computer on and off again.
