With this someone could port SH Downpour to PC

Apparently the tool is working as intended and some fans already ported a Sonic exclusive game to PC as test.

Maybe if people is interested someone who knows how use the tool can port Downpour to PC using this tool.

We have to remember Downpour is technically a console exclusive because there's no PC port (there was one in developement but was cancelled) and it's hard to access for most people.
