Wanting to find courage to play new game plus!!

Now I’m sorry if this is a dumb post l, really am, but I’ve always struggled with new game plus runs in video games or even games with multiple endings mainly because my mindset is “I’ve already done all this before so I know what to expect”

But I want to overcome that and be able to play this masterpiece and all its endings I know it’s lore implications indicate that multiple play throughs are “kind of cannon” ; in a way that a certain dreams repeat themselves to show something important.

My whole point and question I guess is, how does the game change in new game plus and how accessible are the new endings without a guide if needing to use one at all, I love this game so much and I want to play it again, and I’m curious about how different the game is?
