What are the cut contents(unlockables) in SH2R?

I'm currently playing through the game and it's my first time to this series as a whole, so I don't know much.

I was curious if there would be unlockables after I beat the game, and searches say I'll get a chsinsaw.

However, people are saying there are cut contents for unlockables. What are they? Can someone please let me know without spoilers? I was worried I might run in to any spoilers. Thanks.
