Please help

What has happened here?

I am using my own nextDNS and haven’t turned it off at all, still on 17.5.1 and was working this morning for me tjen all of a sudden I can’t open AllTrails, YouTube plus, and mfp but wolfram, feather and ESign still all work, please help
