Not sure why these won't grow

I used an all in one bag to grow jmf. I left it a little too long where even before opening the bag, the cake got covered in pins.

I opened the bag two days ago and transferred to a SGFC. The temperature is constantly 72-74. The humidity is 99%. My room is very cold and I've used a heating pad under the box (outside) to build temperature so there's a little more condensation than I would like..

I've heard some people say pins need to be removed. Should I remove these in order to trigger growth. I've had no change in their size since I unbagged them.
