Possible snail parasite?

Hi there! Just grabbed these guys from the pet store and found this on one of them. I’m starting drip acclimation now but wondering if this is something I should be worried about? I’ve had my shrimp for almost 2 years so I’m super worried about possibly wiping them out with a stupid petco snail :/
