Turn on alarms and reminders based on schedule choice

I like having routines for myself, but I need ongoing reminders to keep me on track (cough cough ADHD). I also work afternoons, and if I don't plan out my mornings, I typically just lounge around on my phone until it's time for work.

So I made myself a shortcut to run before bed where I choose what I want to do the following day (grocery shop, go to the gym, relax at home, etc), which triggers a set of alarms and reminders to keep me on track.

Here are two versions of this shortcut: one with only reminders and one with reminders and alarms (one to wake up, one to get up).

You'll need a separate reminder list for every type of day you want to have, but beyond that, you can make all changes to list items, times, etc. directly in Reminders and shouldn't have to go back into Shortcuts to update anything.
