If not on this location send sms/email.

I need to create a shortcut where if my phone gets stolen and device's current location is not my home location for previous 7 days, it will automatically turn on wifi and send it's current location to my chosen number as text / email.

For this shortcut may need to check its location daily and connect to random open WiFi.
