Registration issue that won't allow me to access my first store

Wondering if anyone has come across this as I've reported this problem twice but with zero response.

Sep 2 at 4.44pm I get sent an email to verify my email address & literally one minute later at 4.45, I get an email to say "Termination of your Shopify Account". Not sure what for as I hadn't even got to the store page.

Then at 5pm a "Say hello to your store" email, but every time I log in I get this error, "There’s a problem loading this page. Your account (account email) doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page." I've tried a different browser as well.

Is there any chance anyone has had anything similar & could provide a solution as I haven't heard a thing from Shopify?
