Hey gang! Wondering if my ink deserves a place here!
The emblem itself is a bit hard for me to really grasp. Like, I understand its meaning (obviously lol) but the execution for me is off, either by the illustrator (my father), the tattoo artist (some guy), or both. Especially because I feel like emblems as “simplistic” as this should be easy to understand or translate.
So anyways, what it is - four J’s (the first letter of my name as well as the first letter of my three siblings’ names) placed together to form a “C” (the number of which is unimportant). Then, four circles or dots to symbolize the four children of my father, who is represented by the largest circle or dot in the center. I and my three siblings have a different mother, me being an only child of my mother and them being triplets to theirs. So, half-siblings, though, our closeness tends to negate the title of “half”. We almost exclusively refer to each other as just “siblings”/“brother or sister” unless they need to explain that they themselves are triplets with me being the odd one out.
So that’s that. Wondering what y’all think about everything involved here! Thanks!
