Fractal Terra with i5-12600K and Nvidia 4060 Overheating

So I recently built my first ever PC and I was wondering about high temps. ive been using it for almost a few weeks now and my CPU temps at idle are sitting at 40C recently when I was playing marvel rivals I saw the temps spike up to what was around 90C im using the noctua fan on the CPU and thats it as for my GPU its a twin fan but no problems there. I dont know if this is a design flaw in my build and whether i should get a better CPU cooler or if this is okay for now or just wait it out and see. The temps arent always at 90 only with marvel rivals after playing for about an hour or longer. Other games run perfectly fine and have no temp related issues.
