Star Wars sweatshirt

I’m on a mission to make sweatshirts for my son before this winter. My local store has really cute movie/cartoon themed printed fabric ,but they are mostly 100% cotton woven . In this project I have tried to “quilt” a layer of women and a layer of knitted cotton . To break the monotony of the Star Wars character motif , I tried adding a text appliqué (my first time trying it so it hasn’t come out as neat as I had expected ) . For the sleeves I have 2 layers of cotton knit . Added push buttons to the back of the neck as the chest fabric is non stretchable . I referred to “pattern making for kids clothes” by Clara Hegeman Crim “ from the local library (some one here suggested libraries for patterns , thank you ! ) made some tweaks to the loose fit “Tee pattern “ . The overall finish is not perfect , but I’m liking it .. most importantly my son loves it . What do you guys think ?
