Has Anyone Noticed the ultimate/R Bug Fix?

Title. Also, has anyone consistently used Shojin as a 2nd item? If so, how does it feel and do you think it's worth it as a general core item? Personally, I think it's likely his best 2nd item due to the haste and damage amp for Q and W and occasionally his ultimate. Only downside I see is the lower HP compared to items like Sundered Sky or Black Cleaver.
