does anyone actually likes it when people give their scars "cute names"

Not really cute names but I'm talking about things like pointing them out (usually on social media) and calling them "angel marks" "combat scars" and etc. It's very common on tiktok and I was wondering if anyone who sh's actually likes that..? Because I can't wrap my mind around how anyone would find that comforting.
