Hit a vein on a damn styro

I dont know if it was a vein or not but god damn taht shit was weird. I felt like cutting deep today but no my body said no and put a vein in the way. It genuinly did not stop fucking bleeding. Normally on my way to beans i have breaks where i stop the bleedings to check whats going on.. AND WHAT DO I SEE WHEN I LOOK CLOSE.. a little fucking tube ass thing obviously open GUSHING out blood. Like what the fuck why are these on the second skin layer, i wasnt cutting on my wrist or anywhere where that could happen. Im so irritated, i after damn 30 minutes stopped the bleeding and now im kinda fine but well idk what to think about this. I couldve put this on medical advice too but hey that doesnt matter much. Still if anyone knows what that was i would be happy to know..
