cant remove thumbsticks on ps5 scuf

anyone else have troubles with taking the thumbstick off their ps5 scuf? every video I see people effortlessly pull them off and here I am shaking I'm pulling so hard and I don't want to break the controller so idk if I'm doing anything wrong or if the thumbstick are not removeable
