Anyone here reduce their scoliosis only be exercising? (No surgery)

I am a 19 year old college student with a lower-mid back curve. I used to wear a brace for 2 years in high school until I stopped growing at 5'6. My scoliosis has progressed due to bad posture and habits, but I am now actively trying to COMPLETELY eliminate it via only physical therapy. Does anyone have experience with this? Feel free to ask me questions.
