Anyone correct their scoliosis through exercise?
If so, will you show me how? I'm 28 F with a 39 degree curve on top (lumbar?) and a lower degree thoracic (spelling?) curve. Three surgeons advised me against surgery. I want my spine straight and strong, muscles balanced, as much as humanly possible. Please let me know if you have had success in correcting curvature and are willing to help me. Thanks.
